I have an intellectual obsession: understanding how people and organizations think, decide and act\u2014especially under pressure.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I am an engineering physicist, and I have built my career at the intersection of entrepreneurship, business operations and human development. I am drawn to projects that allow me to build, solve problems and work closely with people.<\/span><\/p>

For a decade, I co-founded and ran a dance school. I coordinated the team, worked closely with up to one hundred students and their families, and produced an annual festival in a professional theater. That experience became my first real school of leadership: it taught me how to build community and sustain the daily operation of a creative project.<\/span><\/p>

Since 2018, I have worked as a coach and speaker with people and teams across different companies. Listening to their challenges and supporting processes related to stress, habits, emotions and performance broadened my perspective and helped define the direction of my work today.<\/span><\/p>

Today, I continue to develop my own ventures while working in project and operations management within a manufacturing company, integrating processes, systems and people to improve clarity, accountability and execution.<\/span><\/p>

My approach combines analytical thinking, business experience and tools from coaching, stress management and human performance. I do not believe in quick formulas or empty motivation. I believe in creating enough space to observe reality more clearly, question our responses and make better decisions without sacrificing what matters.<\/span><\/p>
